Shipping policy

At Zehnaz, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Once you place your order, you will receive a verification link on your mobile number. Your order will only be processed after it has been verified by you.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure payment is made to the delivery rider before opening the package.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery for UAE and Pakistan typically takes 3 to 5 working days.

  • During peak sales periods, delivery may extend to 5 to 7 working days.

  • Delivery may take longer in remote areas.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Charges

  • In Pakistan, a flat fee of PKR 200 will be charged on all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • COD orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification.

  • Verified customers may receive COD orders without verification during high-volume periods (sales, seasonal launches, promotions).

Order Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and tracking number (if a valid email address was provided).

  • You can use this tracking number in our Order Tracking section to check the status of your order.
